this is/was the second pic in the series. i decided to go the tounge-and-cheek route when it came to making a robot. originally i had done like everyone else and gone for the standard furturistic looking robot, but the original second robot was a bird with it's wings all spread out and he just wasn't working in illustrator so i scraped him. that's when i came up with the concept for this series and i have to say i like it a lot better than my original pieces.

this way even though i'm not exactly following the guide lines, you were supposed to replicate the same pic using the different materials, at least they somewhat fit together in a cohesive group.
