Coming to an Easter near you!!!

OMG! I can be so lame.

this was the orginal piece that started the whole series. when i couldn't do my original robotic bird this magically/ creepily popped into my brain. i'm hoping i thought it up cause easters like almost here and i have this super cute little walking/ chirping wind-up chick (that's currently burried god-knows-where) otherwise i fear for my sanity.

now that i look at it witht he black beak and feet it kinda looks like a baby swan but it really is supposed to be a chick. i found myself watching one of bjork's videos (all is love or soemthing like that) you know the one where she's a super cool robot with an organic face and yet again was inspired. i don't know where the Chinese Empirial stamp thingy came from, but since everything is made in china and i really wanted to get across the robot aspect i think that's why i added it - yeah that soounds good.

for this piece we were only allowed to use the shapes tool and the pathfinder tools- note to self i now hate the pathfinder tools they never do what i want *whines* oh well.
